After more than six decades of serving the York community, K.D. Rosengrant Building and Remodeling has officially closed its doors following our retirement in April 2025.

We are deeply grateful to our clients, partners, and neighbors for your trust, support, and friendship over the years. Together, we’ve transformed houses into homes, and your loyalty has been the cornerstone of our success.

While this chapter has come to a close, the memories and relationships we’ve built will always hold a special place in our hearts!
